Lead is a poison for which there is no known safe level in the human body. Adults, and especially children, can get lead poisoning, which may cause irreversible damage to the kidney and central nervous system, learning disabilities, behavior abnormalities and insomnia.

Detection of lead poisoning is difficult in the early stages because the symptoms are the same as for common maladies: headaches, irritability, tiredness, change in appetite, and stomachaches.

Brooks Laboratories personnel offer over 20 years experience in lead testing and consulting to residential, commercial and government (HUD) clients.

Programs are designed with cost savings in mind to meet your needs as:

  • On-site, non-destructive lead testing with XRF analysis for immediate results.

  • Laboratory analysis by Atomic Absorption
